Been back for a while.
Last weekend we all went to Ft.Worth/Keller/somewhere. I'm really not sure where we were but it was somewhere in Texas. It was a nice time though. We got to visit with family, go to the Ft.Worth Zoo,eat out and stay at a shabby hotel. And I mean s-h-a-b-b-y. When we went to check in, there was a lady laying on the floor. I guess she fell down the stairs. We checked in while she laid there clutching her head. The first night we heard something scream. I still have no idea what it was but Kara started looking under tables and under the bed for a kitty cat. The water there would get hot enough to boil eggs and there was a tiny coffee pot with a tiny packet of coffee and one packet of sugar. Yeah.. So.. We went to the zoo. It was huge. It took us about 5 hours to go through it all and I still think we skipped a few things. The bathrooms there were few and far apart. I went in one bathroom, pee'd and decided for once I'd wash my hands. Bad idea. As I was standing there washing up, I got run over by a lady in a motorized cart. My leg was pinned between the sink and her little metal basket. She couldn't find the reverse. After about 60 seconds of standing there not being able to move, she flipped the backward switch and rolled off me. From that day on, I shall fear motorized carts. It was still a good trip but it felt really good to get home. I put a few pictures up on Flickr. I couldn't put them all up though. I think I took nearly 2gigs of pics there.
Casey's still on vacation. He goes back to work on Sunday evening. It's been nice having him home lately.
